Today at the Pristina Foundation Court facility will also hold hearings for two defendants part of the Serb terrorist group in Banjska, which on Sunday attacked the Kosovo Police, and therefore Sergeant Africa Bunnjak was killed.
Otherwise last night, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the detention measure to arrest Vadicir Tonic, suspected of grave acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has held hearings in the spaces of the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo ( QKUK), deciding on the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention measure in the criminal case against defendants V. T, suspected of serious acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo by Article 126 of the KKPS and the carrying out of terrorist works by Article129 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
The Pre-Procedure Procedure Judge has approved it as based on the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention measure against the V.T. and the same has assigned the measure of detention in length of 1 (a month).
The detention measure is set in harmony with the 182 KKPPRK article and Article 184 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 of 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 and paragraph 1.3 of the KPPRC.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
