Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has said that on 13 July of this year, through the official letter, he has announced the responsible persons the person who was appointed the case manager for the 11-year-old victim was not licensed by the Justice Ministry.
He said the Centres for Social Work would get ministry support, but violations would not be tolerated
On July 13th of this year, through the official letter, I have announced the responsible persons that the case manager for the 11-year-old victim was not licensed by the Ministry of Justice. I appreciate the serious treatment of this case, by the police and prosecutors. Every public official like us is under obligation to apply responsibilities under legislation in force and especially in cases of minor children. Centres for social work will have our support, but we will never tolerate” in the announcement.
