Haxhi insists that the Civil Code is voted in this year, says he has not seen Blerta Deliu-Coder indictment

She explained that a Council of Europe delegation will remain in Kosovo for the visit this year, she added that institutions should prove they are pro-advancing human rights.

He has even invited opposition deputies to vote on it, as a very important document said, about what he said they have discussed with opposing partners.

“I have said that within this year the Civil Code will be prosecuted, I consider it a very important document, and especially given that the delegation from the Council of Europe will come to Kosovo this year, it is good for Kosovo to testify as a country that is for advancing human rights”.

“We will implement the government programme we have, we will implement the legislative agenda that we have, I invite the deputies of the Parliament to provide support for a document that I think is very important for the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, we have under discussion with the MPs of our parliamentary group, now you'll see when this bill passes to the Assembly of Kosovo”.

“I think that I would have to pass, I don't believe Kosovo would be a good example if for the second time a document such as the Civil Code goes down, so in view of this issue, I wish that the deputies of the Vetvendosje and opposition parliamentary group, because they have the same obligation to support the same”.

Speaking of PDK MP Blerta Deliu-Coder's indictment, she said she has not seen this document, but insists it has misused the state budget.

He even added that he would address the Disciplinary Commission for Insulting Crime Victims, EO reports.
