Hasani: Borrell's proposal in line with his mandate, Kurti's refusal brings other sanctions

“The difference is fundamental. What Borrell did was in his mandate, and for that there has been reconciliation of the parties in Ohrid. What Kurt has done is resistance to the implementation of international pledges taken over in the name of Kosovo with free will.
