Hasan reminds Kurt: I know if you fall from power because of dialogue you never come back

Former Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, last night in an interview at “Euronews Albania”, has spoken on current issues the administrative directive for the removal of mayors in the north, association, tomorrow's meeting in Brussels, and testimony from HRWCE representative Frederick Abrahams at the Special Court, under which the KLA had violated the rules [...]
Hasan said administrative instruction, as a way to open the way for new elections in the north, is completely unconstitutional and anti-legal. But even if he was, he would take between 3 and 4 months for choice.
The path that has been chosen by our power to address the election issue, the way you don't want to be done. The UA is completely unconstitutional and anti-legal, it's usurping legislative competencies from the executive. Even if it were constitutionally authorised, it takes 3-4 months, without taking the political side, whether Serbs will come out or go, because then it has the next phase of declaring revocation or attracting mayors of the”, he said.
Meanwhile, regarding the implementation of the Brussels and Ohrid Agreement, university professor agrees with US Ambassador to Belgrade Christopher Hill.
“Ambassador Hill said the song fell a little bit. That's right. A bit of a dick, but in the right direction. Kurt is implementing them, but the idea is he can't get anything out of what's called sequence, don't even give me a parallel provision with association”, he said.
He commented on Prime Minister Kurti's statement of association, as he said it is not monoethnic, but it is about isolation. Hasani says Prime Minister Kurti is doing so to preserve his vote.
It's part of his discurs to save the vote. It's nothing like that. The framework treaty he thinks of is not part of the Ohrid Agreement, as they are in the Kosovo Constitution. Self-management is literally and practically personal and cultural autonomy. Besides this personal and cultural autonomy, which the flock has associated with, is also part of the church's territorial autonomy. These two jurisdictions according to Serbs, cultural and historical heritage, no nor standards of who and the laws of Kosovo will be valid when implementing them” is launched, he said.
The former Constitutional Chairman also indicated his expectations of tomorrow's meeting between Kurti and Vuciqi in Brussels.
He said Kurt knows that if he loses power because of the dialogue, he can't return “ ”.
I expect Kurt to start implementing, I get some additional obligations for the Bratislava implant, eventually part or drop to sequence as soon as it's guarded. But Kurt is aware that if he comes out of power as a consequence of dialogue, he knows that he never returns to power again. I don't see any sign he's scuffing with, but he's looking for conditions to preserve his vote and face. That's the idea of his entire discus, and politically it's completely legitimate. ”
Hasan was questioned about the testimony of Human Rights Watch's representative, Frederick Abrahams, at the Special Court, which was subsequently questioned by Ben Emmerson, the British lawyer of former Prime Minister Kadri Veseli.
When that report was promoted, I was the founder and director of the UPA Human Rights Centre. After the promotion, Fatmir Limaj and Rexhep Selimi called me to coffee, were concerned, said what those paushall assessments were. I told them then those assessments are in vain, they're newspaper words”, Hasani said.
