Germany's Ministry of Foreign Affairs have reacted to the situation between Kosovo and Serbia, saying that further escalation between the two states must be avoided.
Germany has said it is important that Serbia reduce its troops at the border with Kosovo without delay.
German MPJ has now added that together with partners are in direct contact with the parties involved.
Official Berlin requires the political process to continue urgently.
