From Germany's Embassy in Pristina, they have said that official Berlin recognises the fact that a high-level meeting will be held on 14 September and have expressed German support for the process mediated by EU High Representative Josep Borelli and emissari Miroslav Lajcak.

He has warned moves on both sides in the event there is no progress in the dialogue process.
