From Germany's Embassy in Pristina, they have said that official Berlin recognises the fact that a high-level meeting will be held on 14 September and have expressed German support for the process mediated by EU High Representative Josep Borelli and emissari Miroslav Lajcak.
It is urgent that Kosovo and Serbia are fully committed to de-pass and full implementation of the Ohrid Agreement, including the establishment of association, from the German Embassy.

“We hope that through the handling of obligations and requirements that have not yet been implemented by the Ohrid Agreement, we will be able to resolve all issues, from elections to car plates and IDs, and other issues that became sources of escalation. It's very important that we solve a host of things”, Escobar said about the “The Voice of America”.
He has warned moves on both sides in the event there is no progress in the dialogue process. Citing Kosovo as things that could be lost for this year as new recognitions, donor conferences, strategic dialogue with the US and closer relations with NATO. Escobar has said that Serbia will be very similar.
