Rode made that reaction after the European Union's Special Emissar for Kosovo Dialogue Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak has met with the US Emissar for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, as well as with diplomatic leaders from Germany and France, Emmanuel Bonne, Jens Plötner.
And who said the international community has unanimously condemned the co-ordinated attack in northern Kosovo by a Serb terrorist group with the harshest tones, but also stressed that this recent development has only made the need for de-border and implementation of reached agreements even clearer.
