Kosovo's chief negotiator in the dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, cannot be praised for having succeeded in the negotiation process with Serbia.
Republika Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi had called the creation of the Serb majority municipalities unacceptable.
In an interview conducted long ago, he had pledged to leave the dialogue in case the Association is established.
“> at the moment when Government changes the position for Association and says “will be established Association”, even with non-executive competencies, Besnik Bislimi will not be in dialog”, he said.
Now association is the key point of the deal, but Besnik Bislimi has resigned, publicly lying.
It is worth remembering that the VV had come to power, saying they would not accept Association or “Zajednica” but it seems Kurti's party has forgotten those promises.
Association or Zajednica is not the only point where Bislim has failed.
He himself has publicly acknowledged that Kosovo has made concessions by removing recognition as a point from the agreement.
Then, he appeared accused the media of changing his statement, but he forgot that his statement was a Facebook post.
