The Specialized Chambers have carried out a raid on the home of national heroes Fahri and Bahri Fazliu and, in this case, have tried, if they were to sequentise evidence they need, but they have not seized any single evidence and that it has been a futile raid and time-lose”, the lawyer has declared.
He said the Special Court should be more careful in issuing the warrants of raids because family privacy is violated.
He added that the case has not only been disclosed it has been said that the needs of cases that are in the procedure, Zeri.info reports.
According to him, several documents have been obtained after the raid, which have been public and that there is no need for booking to be carried out at the residence.
