Edita Tahiri: Kurt may lose his power, but he's losing his country.

Former Kosovo-Serbia dialogue chief negotiator Edita Tahiri said Prime Minister Albin Kurti did not have to lead criticism of the European mediator for Kosovo dialogue- Serbia Miroslav Lajcak publicly, but such a thing tells him at a closed meeting. Tahiri said Kurti's criticism of Lajcak at media conferences was meant to take the hearts of militants, [...]
Tahiri said Kurti's criticism of Lajcak at the media conferences was designed to take away the hearts of militants, who, as she called them, have been blinded and do not see the agreement made without recognition.
And Kurti had to sit alone with Lajcak, there's no need in the media, to sit down, and to say all the remarks, rather than not be made in press conferences. But it was completely populism, with the hearts of these blind ones, who didn't see that there was an ignorant deal and didn't find a VV man who admitted there was a failure. In this situation Kurt must reevaluate his walking, after all, he may lose power, but he's losing his country. Kosovo is being damaged, I have to think about it, but I don't see the trend, so I'm looking for unity, at least at this stage”, Tahiri said.
She showed such a situation when she headed negotiations with Serbia, where she said that instead of the agreement to normalise relations between the two states, Serbia had started talking about the north.
Tahiri shows how he avoided this discussion.
When I was in negotiations, I had a situation when I had to talk to the mediator to reach reconciliation. Example at the start of the dialogue in 2010, the Serbian side with allusiones spoke on the topic of the north, not pointing directly at it. Seeing these trends, I had a special meeting with Robert Cooper, the former mediator of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, where I told Serbs about the normalisation of neighbourly relations, but for the north. Therefore, do not allow such topics because it goes to war and you will come into a situation as a mediator who, instead of making peace, can promote war in Kosovo”, Tahiri said, showing how he had avoided such a situation. /Tve1
