“Special Procurory reports that three (3) detainees are charged with criminal acts of war against the civilian population, actions that were sanctioned according to Article 142 and 22 of the RSFJ Criminal Code, currently penalised with KPRK articles 31 and 153, in opposition to Article 3 of the combined Geneva Accords, August 12th 1949, article 4th and 5 (1) of the Protocol of June 2, 1977, the July 8, 1977, the completion of the Geneva Convention, all international laws at the time of the armed conflict in Kosovo, and the decision of the current local customs of the Geneva Accords, and the Geneva Accords, the Geneva Accords, and the Geneva Accords were said at the time.
