Carpenter in the statement issued on behalf of the QUINT, has said it strongly condemns violent attacks near the Banjska Monastery on September 24th that led to the loss of the life of Kosovo police officer Africa Bulnjak.

In this joint statement they have expressed condolences for the death of Kosovo police in charge of office and have demanded that the authors be held accountable and brought to justice through a transparent investigative process.

QU The INT in the OSCE praises the close co-ordination of the Kosovo Police with KFOR and EULEX to ensure the security of civilians and stress that they are monitoring the situation closely.

Ambassadors to These States in O The SEU calls for a return to EU Dialogue and points out diplomacy is the only way to lasting peace.

We refocus our commitment to lower tensions. In this direction, our priority remains to move forward in normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, starting with a return to the EU-launched dialogue. Diplomacy is the only way to lasting peace”, the QUINT reaction concludes.
