State saw chief prosecutor more than a year the Constitution gives way to Blerim Isufaj for decree

Isufaj's counterCandor, Albanian Fazliu, was earlier addressed to the Constitution with the claim that the Prosecutorial Council for the selection of Blerim Isufaj had violated their guaranteed rights and freedoms with the Constitutions and the European Convention for Human Rights”.
On the other hand, the Constitutional Court, Appeal, and the Supreme Court had decided that the indictment was inconsistent, and that has been confirmed by the Constitution. The Constitutional ruling states that the Supreme Court, related to the ruling of appeal and foundation, is not in conflict with the “right to fair and impartial judgment”.
The court unanimously decided to (i) declare the acceptable request; and (i) to state that the Act [of punishment] December 23rd, 2022, of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo related to the Act. AA.nr.650/2022] of September 1st 2022 of the Court of Appeals and Act decision [A.n.1875/22] of August 2nd, 2022, of the Constitution's August 2022, are not at odds with Article 1 [Eights for Justice and Freest] concerning Article 1 (Right on Impartial Judgment) of the European Convention on Human Rights.

On April 6th of last year, Blerim Isufaj, who heads Kosovo's Special Prosecutor, was elected by the Prosecutorial Council to become chief state prosecutor.
With the law in Kosovo, the chief prosecutor must be decreed by the president of state.
The President's office has said they are awaiting the Constitutional Court's decision, on the other hand, on the other hand, the KKP expects the process of decreeing the chief state prosecutor to be dealt with urgently.
Currently, the task leader is Besim Kelmendi, who has full powers of chief state prosecutor.
