Artan Qerkuni, the lawyer of the former mayor of the Shtrpce municipality, Bratislav Nikolic, has confirmed that his client has been released from custody and that move has been replaced with the measure of bail worth 50 thousand euros.

Ferizaj's prosecutor, in December 2022, has filed charges against twelve people indicted in the case of “Brezovica 1”.
The incident was also raised against the former head of Shrpca, Bratislav Nikolic and 11 other people.
