European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security High Representative Josep Borrell has been declared for today's meeting under the facilitated dialogue by the European Union.
Borrell and the European Union's special envoy for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, have initially waited for the meeting by 9:00, Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, while later Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
In this regard just moments ago, it has come up with a reaction Borrell has said it is time to start implementing the agreement.
It is time to seriously start implementing the agreement on the road to normalisation. Today we will see if they are ready to take responsibility”, Borrell wrote.
Otherwise, even the trilate meeting between the parties started minutes ago.
