Borrell leaves for New York, meeting leaders from the Western Balkans on Tuesday

European Union High Representative Josep Borrell has travelled to New York, where he will host and participate in multilateral high-level events and will hold many bilateral meetings. He, as the EU reports, will also gather leaders from the Western Balkans for the traditional [...] meeting.

On Tuesday, Borrell, along with European Council President Charles Michel and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will participate in the UN General Assembly's opening session of the debate. That same day, Borrell's meeting with leaders of the Western Balkans is scheduled.
Borrell's agenda includes trilateral meetings with the African Union and the United Nations, meeting with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, participating in the G7 foreign ministers' meeting.
