EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Josep Borrell has held a press conference, where he spoke about the success of the summit between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq.
According to Borrell, Kurt has not been willing to accept the proposal made by European diplomats, while Vuciqi is.
The “Piles started from different sides. Our proposal was for the parties to work in parallel, that's proposal”, Borrell said.
