European Union for Foreign Policy and Security chief Josep Borrell has arrived in New York, where he has held an informal meeting with EU foreign ministers.
Borrell has developed a press address, where he has said he will inform the ministers of the summit between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq.
” I will inform the ministers of the latest dialogue summit between Kosovo and Serbia, to explain what happened and to see the future developments of Dialogue”, Borrell has said as he spoke of other issues not related to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
The meeting in Brussels on 14 September has ended without results. After that meeting, Borrell said Kurti did not accept the EU proposal.
But Kurti, during a media address Monday, has declared there has been co-ordination between Vuciqi and Miroslav Lajcak, the EU's emissary for Kosovo dialogue Serbia.
Besides that charge, Kurti has sent letters to Washington, Berlin, Paris and Rome to report, as he has said to deformise the Kosovo dialogue, Serbia.
The most complicated issue continues to remain that of the Serb majority municipalities' Association.
