According to ATK during this period, 166 tax evasion activities have been conducted, 19 cases under suspicion of tax evasion have been opened.
“The ATK is urged to implement the legal provisions for each taxpayers, who do not comply with constant calls to be made to carry out their tax duties over time and accurately on tax duties”, the report says.
Kosovo Tax Administration resolutions show an ongoing effort to strengthen the tax system and fight tax evasion. These steps have helped increase tax revenue collection and build a more fair tax environment for all taxpayers in Kosovo”.
