Arifi: We fear that the same attack as in the north could occur in the Valley

Regarding these events, Presevo Chairman Shqirim Arifi said they are disturbing and that Serbia and Russia are behind them.

“Developments in northern Kosovo are disturbing and I am personally stressed with what I saw with great evidence that it was not only a self-planned attack but it was an organised terrorist group with large weapons equipment that has planned a long process of military transition to northern Kosovo.
