Another Albanian adds to the list of most wanted in Europe, in search of all EU countries' police

An Albanian accused of drug trafficking has been placed on the list of most wanted persons in Europe. It's Feyzulla Haredini, 58, for whom all EU countries are being sought. From this weekend, his description is on the Europol list, and is one of the most [...] names.
Fyzulla Haredini is accused of earning millions of euros from drug trafficking in Belgium, drawing attention to investigators since the summer of 2013. Haredini was sentenced to 13 years in prison by the Court of First Stairway in Brussels. Then five years were added by the Brussels Court of Appeals for criminal acts of narcotics trafficking and belonging to criminal organisations, 18 years in total.
A 2021 trial against the Albanians found that 13 of the plantations generated about 4m euros, money believed to have been invested by the gang. Fyzulla Haredini was born in Albania, but has lived in Belgium for a long time. His whole family was involved in the organization.
To 3 years in prison, his 31-year-old son was also sentenced as logistics assistant and plantation keeper. Haredini himself has been on the run since 22 September 2014. He has not since been seen in Belgium by police. The Albanian was often represented as Greek and used Greek nicknames such as "Spiros," Robotis Posttolisı, or "Vasileaios Samaras"
