Albanian Football Federation President (FSHF) Armand Duka took the position of UEFA vice president today.
Executive Committee U n EFA held meetings in Limassol in Cyprus, where with unanimous votes Duka was elected vice president.
The duke became the first Albanian to reach such a high position in the European football hierarchy.
The first of the FSHF has been congratulated by the president of the Kosovo Football Federation (FFK), Agim Ademi, who estimates this is a major achievement for nationwide football.
Ademi voiced confidence that Duka, along with UEFA President Alexander Ceferi, will lead major processes for further evolution of European football.

This is a historic moment for Albanian football, making it the first Albanian in such a high position in European football.
Duka's choice as vice president U n EFA is a major achievement for nationwide football and opens a new light for football progress in our region.
