About 50,000 parents still waiting for school book subsidies

The Ministry of Education has announced yesterday that payment has been carried out for the second group of parents that have applied for subsidising books for their children.

So the total number of payments paid has gone to 130 thousand, down from 178,580 applications.

“From MAStTI are processed for payment after verification 130,000 applicants and the rest will be processed early next week. This procedure is continuing and all applicants will be transferred to the vehicles. We're also in co-ordination with relevant institutions so that the transfer can take place at intervals as fast as”, the August flight.

The payments for 48,580 applications are expected next week.
