“As a result of unbroken checks became the capture and arrest of the suspected author, citizens I. M., 33. The 33-year-old, during a conflict of poor motives in the Red Frame, has hit citizen A with cutting means. C., which as a result is damaged and secure for life” said in Albania's police report.
