Social Policy Institute Director” Musine Koklari”, Visar Ymer, has said it is difficult to explain what the Government of Kosovo has done with the situation in the country's north.
According to him, the agreement reached between Kosovo and the European Union in Bratislav means that without the implementation of all the provisions that have been reached, there can be no removal of the measures or sanctions imposed on Kosovo.
Ymer, in an interview for Front Online, has declared that the measures towards Kosovo have been imposed because it has ignored international demands to expand the site in the north.
It's hard to explain and I haven't heard any rational explanation either from the Government why it had to take these measures which brought us in addition to reproof and sanctions, then gradually withdraw from the same measures. We have orders from the EU last month that without meeting all the points that have been three points for the despass, there will be no removal of the measures, now it is expected in September to discuss these things again, but we are now in a situation where we are withdrawing the police from buildings there”, Ymer said.
