Xama: Edi Rama's deceptions with Shperg oil

The prime minister's 10 years of organising conferences, events, meetings and symposiums to announce the wealth that will come to us from oil discoveries in Shperg. Reports similar to that of today were made in 2014, then in 2016, in 2019, years in July, and now it needs news again to impress citizens and give hope in the future.
A day earlier the post of this news by the prime minister himself erupted the network within an hour, and from the point of view of the personal marketing campaign, Shperg oil has climbed and fed over the years the Albanian's dream that without working, one morning will wake up and see itself rich. The point is that in the wake of all this two-day-long campaign, which has often been propagandaised in the past, there are two problems that an honest leader would not bargain with. The first is ethical and is related to the attempt to deceive the public several times with such campaigns, and the other financial one. So the prime minister organizes trips, meetings, conferences, spends hours on his work and administration on our taxes, so he can lie to us.
But why does this story seem fiction?

The potential for oil in the Shperg area was discovered here two decades ago by a small company. The first well had no financial advantage and was abandoned. Petromanas' research is then launched that finds great potential and quality oil and sells research rights to Shell Company. Shell's last official search progress announcement is in 2019. In an additional contract with our government signed last year, it gives itself seven years for further research. Shell is also a company listed on the stock market and such news that is very close to extracting oil would only increase the value of shares. She hasn't done that, actually the prime minister is.
Edi Rama said today at the conference that “we are in an advanced phase and on the eve of final test”. So, on the eve of testing, which has not yet been done. And among the colors and golds of the Middle East speech is another phrase “Information is related to the test result, and if extraction is not possible, it remains another time when technology advances”.

If oil in Shperg were to be extracted and enriched Albania, I would be overjoyed, and I believe not only me, but everyone who lives and loves his country. The point is that this story is being used to gain political points by a government that is afraid to appear in the media from scandals that have covered it and needs a cause or a hope. The irony is that all of this, it finances it with our taxes, and even in the wake of something real, boasting does it with the work of a private company.
