Regarding the Kosovo Police case Wednesday, he announced that he has arrested two people -- a man and a woman suspected of irresponsible medical treatment.
And now the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has submitted a request for detention for the two detainees.

The Health Ministry during Wednesday's news release said that the private health institution in Malisheva, in which the 35-year-old girl who went to remove a tooth and died after the situation was complicated, has exercised illegal activities.
In a media report concerning this case, the ministry has indicated that through the health inspectorate, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, “have immediately undertaken all consonant actions after tragic cases resulting fatally for a citizen”.
Health Minister Arben Vitita has reacted to the case, where he said everyone is shocked.
He has declared that this tragic case marks a crucial moment for preventing impunity and irresponsability in licensing practices.
I have requested with all the power the law gives me to control every step and action of the assessment commission that precedes the license. And every procedure. To the responsible, there will be measures. In the event of the identity of criminal offenses they will immediately be prosecuted in the justice organs”, Vitita wrote.
