The judgment against Thaci and others according to the calendar is envisioned from August 14,15,16 and 17th, continuing on from 28, 29 and 30th.
The KLA's four-year trial began on April 3, 2023, after more than two years of procrastination. Thaci, Veselin, Krasniqi and Selimi are staying in custody at The Hague in November 2020.
They are charged by the Prosecutor's Office with charges of crimes against humanity, such as persecution, imprisonment, inhumane acts, torture, extinction and murder, as well as four counts of war crimes as arrest, arbitrary detention, torture, and unlawful murder.
They have been declared innocent of the charges brought against them.
So far to Thaci and others have witnessed 15 witnesses.
