VV's mujeci can be extradited to Bajraktari: Kosovo, Albania have agreements since 2012

On this issue Bajraktari has clarified that the two states have co-operation agreements on the issue since 2012.

According to him, there is no legal obstacle for the procedure to be transferred and developed by our institutions, because these works also enter within the framework of the Kosovo Criminal Code.
