Vetevendosje Movement MP Hyseni-Caloshi has been sentenced to 500 euros in fines by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, after being convicted of not reporting property.
The Act on Hyseni was announced on November 7th 2022 by Judge Adnan Kamberi, until the indictment was established on October 7th 2022, reports “Justice bet”.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina against Hyseni on the case of fine sentences, has declared a conviction under penal order, according to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request.
In rationalising the act of prejudice against Hyseni, he reportedly in the quality of the top public official, MP in the Republic of Kosovo, has not made the declaration of property within the legal deadline at the Agency for Prevention of Corruption in the event of the MP's office.
On the other hand, MP Hyseni reportedly has not made the declaration of property within the 30-day deadline, even though he has been long announced by the contracting official in the Kosovo Republic Assembly to make the property declaration on the occasion of taking office.
The ruling says that the court on October 7th, 2022, has accepted from Pristina Constitutional Pristina the indictment against Hysen for criminal work “Don't report or false reporting of property, income, gift, other material benefits or financial obligations” along with subject paperwork.
Thus, the court, based on such evidence, had proved that Hyseni's actions constituted criminal acts of unreporting property, even declaring the punishment act.
The spokeswoman of the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi, confirmed that the indictment in question has become almighty on December 28th 2022 and that Hyseni has already paid the sentence.
Recommunicating your request for information, we inform you that the P.N.2641/2022 item of KPRK's Article 430 has become all-powerful by the date of 28.12.2022, and that the Office for Execution of Criminal Sanctions has been informed that the payment of fine sentences, pronounced under P.R.241/22-1>, Gashi said.
Otherwise, for non-recognition of property on December 29th, 2022 was sentenced to 700 euros in fines, including Minister of Industry, Intervention and Trade Roseta Hajdari.
In addition to Hajdari, for the same criminal act, on December 5, 2022 has been sentenced to 500 euros in fines, as well as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Lisa Gashi.
