Pristina's Constitutional Court has ruled that former Kosovo Energy Corporation director Nagip Krasniqi is still in custody for two months.
So did Mirlinda Gashi, the spokeswoman for this court.
Days earlier, the Appeals Court had cancelled the detention of the suspended KEK chief.
He is suspected of misusing the official task, exercising influence and conflict of interest, for two single-source contracts worth over 3.5m euros.
