Von Der Leyen urges Vuciqi “Construsive implementation” for despasses in northern Kosovo

So has the EU report on the Western Balkans, and especially the situation of the Russian war in Ukraine.
” I have spoken with President Vuciq about the need for constructive commitment to de-climate the situation in northern Kosovo and Serbia's progress on its path to the EU. The closest integration between the EU and the Western Balkans is vital, especially in the face of the Russian war against Ukraine“, it has written.
The EU has imposed punitive measures on Kosovo because of the situation in Kosovo's north, penalties that have not yet been removed despite having an agreement between Kosovo and the EU on de-exceploration measures.
