In Kosovo Specialised Chambers ( Thaci's and others' judgment continues at The Hague with testimony from the SPS witness.
The new SPS witness in the trial against Thaci, Veselin, Selimi and Krasniqi is the protected W03879 witness. This is the 16th witness so far.
Yesterday the 16th witness has answered SPS questions, namely prosecutor Matt Halling.
Most of the time, however, the session has been held in private sessions.
Yesterday Thaci's lawyer, Gregory Kehoe, at the beginning of the hearing has asked the court to show that the prosecution against former KLA leaders in the case has nothing to do with organ trafficking.
And Charles Smith III, chairman of the Judicial Chamber, said that in such cases the lawyer should address the court in writing so that the court can give the necessary instructions.
Also yesterday the Court refused as proof a video the prosecution said was a KLA oath-taking ceremony.
