Totaj says he wrote to Kurti's minister five times but he didn't return his email.

Prizren's chairman, Sacir Totaj, has voiced criticism of the government, saying there is no co-operation with the local level.

He has stressed that during his two years of governance in Prizren, more international diplomats have had presence in his office than ministers of Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

Thus, Totaj has received two examples of co-operation and non-co-operation of the central level with the local.

According to him, Deputy Infrastructure Minister Hysen Patience is a good example of co-operation, while the bad example is Culture Minister Hajrullah Ceku.

I have the impression of the nose as a result of not knowing matter and as a result of an uncooperative approach between the central and local government. Totaj has also spoken of handing over the request to the Constitutional Court for assessing the legality of the real estate tax law, which envisions the payment of 100 euros of taxes to citizens.
