However, on August 1st, the Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade of Kosovo published a list of dozens of companies, with addresses contested in the census documents, which he said would be removed from work permits.
Among these companies is MTS d.o.o.o. ʹ the sister company of Serbia's state telecommunication operator “Serbia”, which was founded in 2015 under the Brussels Agreement, which Kosovo and Serbia reached within the framework of dialogue for normalisation of reports.
In the documents he provided REL from the competent ministry, MTS d.o.o. It is registered in northern Mitrovica as an operating officer in the Serbian system, directly at “Mitrovica of Kosovo, Republic of Serbia”.
The headquarters of this company is in northern Mitrovica, the municipality in northern Kosovo, inhabited by Serb majority. The company also has branches in other Serb settlements in Kosovo: Leposaviq, Zubin Potok, Gracanica, Shrappca and Ranillu.
On the other hand, “Telekom Serbia” stressed that the decision to abolish the business license cannot be implemented because it is “namely and legally unmanaged and contrary to principles, European standards and international law”.
This company adds that they will appeal this decision.

The license to operate had initially been removed from private national television, Klan Kosova, as in the census documents, two Kosovo towns -- Peja and Gjakova -- figured as part of Serbia.
The Ministry of Industry has accused Klan Kosovo of having “violated the Kosovo Constitution”, but this media has dismissed the accusations, stressing that there has been an improved technical error.
Klan Kosova later addressed the Kosovo Commercial Court, which on August 3rd postponed the execution of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade's decision until a final decision was made.
