Suspect arrested for attack on journalist Vulnet Krasniqi

These two were attacked while reporting from the scene.

Kosovo Police spokesman for the Prizren region, Sacir Bytyqi, has indicated that the person who attacked journalists has been arrested, and is being interviewed.

“Linked to the attack in question, one person has been identified and is being interviewed by police”, Bytyqi said.

Meanwhile, the attack was also condemned by the Association of Kosovo Journalists, who called it unacceptable and dangerous to the safety of journalists.
