This is Suhareka businessman arrested for misusing road construction

According to the police announcement, Seferaj, under the prosecutor's decision has been detained for 48 hours.

“The suspect in co-operation with the official members of the Suhareka municipality and the contract manager following the drafting of filtration processes and websites, as well as the extinguishing report on the performance of the tender, the company has issued bills for realisation of jobs with which payments from the Suhareka municipality have been carried out, where, in reality, jobs or road exposure according to contract has not been implemented”, the PK report reported.

The Constitutional Court in Prizren has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Prizren, assigning the detention measure to 30 days' duration (each separately), Enver Saban, Public Services Director in Suhareka and Berat Kabashi, official of the Suhareka municipality.

They are suspected to have caused more than 74 thousand euros in damage to the municipality through misusing the road tender in Mishtish.
