Special Prosecution: Actuals against three who beat Valon Syla

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina ʹ the Special Department against three people with initials L. D, K.H. and O.H. They allegedly, with ideological motivations of Islamic extremism, physically attacked journalist Valon Syla and caused minor bodily harm. ”

According to KSF report, defendants L. D, K.H. and O.H. It's suspected that he carries out the criminal offence, as envisioned in Article 185, paragraph 3, sub-paragraph 3.1, concerning paragraph 1 and Article 31 of KPRC.

“Special Procurory of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed an indictment today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against three defendants with initials L. D, K.H. and O.H. Since there is a well-founded suspicion that the same, motivated by radical Islamic ideology of religious faith respectively, has been physically attacked and caused slight bodily injuries to the injured, journalist Valon Syla”, the Special Prosecutor's report reported.

With these actions, defendant L. D, K.H. and O.H. in co-ordination have carried out the criminal work” by Article 185 paragraph 3 under paragraph 3.1 about paragraph 1 and KPRC 31, said at the PSC's report”, further in the statement.
