Professor Nexhemdin Spahiu has said that power in the four northern municipalities before heading to early elections should be completed three tasks that, according to him, are very important, <x0 mosque reconstruction, the opening of a school in Albanian and Bosnian languages in the northern Mitrovica municipality, and the opening of Ibrit” Bridge.
According to him, these things will not be realised by the future Serbian mayor at the head of the northern Mitrovica municipality.

For Spahiun, construction of the mosque must start, and it, according to him, will end as Serbs cannot protest it.
Furthermore, he has said that the “despass of the situation in the north is in the interest of Kosovo”.
He has ended up saying the situation is calm because of the arrest of some who, according to him, have been at the helm of parallel structures.
Spahiu says most of these criminals are taking refuge in Serbia, and for him that is why the situation in the north is so calm.
