The two officials of the Ministry of Industry, Undertaking and Trade, as well as businessman Ridvan Muharremi, who were arrested yesterday as suspects of misuse of state reserves, are now brought before the tribunal.
This is the first session to take place against them, following their arrest and sending them to maintenance.
In this hearing with preliminary judges, three arrested persons are expected to be informed of why they were arrested and whether they understand the charges brought against them.
The hearing is closed and no journalists are allowed in the hall.
We remember that all three of these were arrested after publishing some recordings where suspicion arose about misuse of state reserves that are related to oil and wheat.
The Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade has said it welcomes any investigation into the state reserve purchase case, as well as why it is convinced that state supplies and reserves are in line with relevant laws, the relevant plan and, according to it, no damage or damage has occurred with them.
