Serbian Judges, KDR proposes dismissal of Justice and Chief of Appeal Division in Mitrovica

The participation of Stevanović and Kabashiq at political gatherings organised by “Serbian List”, KJK has described it as serious disciplinary violations, for which reason it has made a decision to propose for dismissal.
Sources of “Justice bet” at the Foundation Court in Mitrovica and the Court of Appeals suggest that the case is currently in complaining procedure. If those decisions are confirmed, KDP will propose to the President that the same one be released from office.
The KDP's ruling could be filed with the Supreme Court until the same could come into force if none of the parties file a complaint.
The dismissal of Stevanović and Kabashi in touch with their participation in political gatherings. Following the Kosovo authorities' decision to suspend the Kosovo Police Director for the northern region, Nenad Djurovic, who had refused to implement the Kosovo Government's decision to re-register cars that have license plates issued by Serbia to the RKS Republic of Kosovo, was organised protests by the Serbian “”, in which Stevovic and Kabashi participated.
In a sign of revolts, Serbian judges and prosecutors, including Stevovic and Kabashiq, offered their resignations, which have not yet been reviewed by the Kosovo Judiciary Council.
BpD has contacted KDP Chief Chairman Albert Zogaj, but he has declined to speak on this subject with the reasoning that these procedures are confidential.
