39-year-old Runnik assassination declared Prosecutor's spokesman

Another murder occurred in the early hours of today in Kosovo. N.L., 39-year-old was allegedly shot to death with firearms at a coffee shop in Runik in Sksallaj, while three other people who were sent to QKUK in Pristina were injured.

Regarding the case, Mitrovica Basic Prosecutor's spokesman Valon Preteni has been declared.

He said that the prosecutor of the case, along with other valid units, has emerged at the scene and the case has been initiated as “grave murder”.

Preteni said that until now the authors are unknown and the same have entered the bar in disguise.

The random prosecutor has come to the scene with other relevant units. So far it is suspected that two masked persons have entered the bar have fired guns, one person has been killed and three wounded. The prosecutor has initiated the case as “severe murder”. The authors are not known so far”, Preteni told the Express Journal.

Police have confirmed that gunfire occurred around 1:21.

Shooting shells were found at the scene.

“From the first investigations and examination of the site, it is suspected that two suspected masked persons have entered the cafe have fired and have fled in an unknown direction. In quality of material evidence at the site have been found and seized several shelling”, police informed.

Police said they are working on identifying and arresting suspected persons.

“Regional Sector Makers are working intensively to identify and arrest the chief of the work, as well as whitewashing this criminal work”, police said.

At the order of the prosecutor, the victim's lifeless body was sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine.

QKUK has confirmed that one of the wounded has been amputated.
