Kosovo had paid 120 thousand pounds of sugar and 200 thousand liters of oil to a Polish company called “Xanto Sp. z o.o”. But neither oil nor sugar ever came. According to a research conducted by Albanian Post, the entire scheme is a fraud and the state of Kosovo has fallen into the trap of a fraud named Tomasz Tokarski, who is also the owner of the company “Xanto Sp.o.o.o”.

Tokarski cheats he's a businessman and an investor. He has opened a company in Poland where he has asked citizens to invest in a product that, according to him, cures cancer. Company “Xanto Sp. Mr. O.o”, it's not specialized in the transport of products, but I suppose it invented a cancer healing bar.

The product is called Humulus lupulus, which Tokarski promotes as a healing plant.
