The Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade welcomes any investigation into the state reserve purchase case, even though we are convinced that state supplies and reserves are in accordance with laws, plans and no damage or damage has occurred to them.
For this issue for a long time, and especially in recent months, there is great effort to misinterpret the public in our country. Motives and reasons for these motivated and co-ordinated actions by different parties of interest should also be part of the investigation in the case.
The Ministry of Industry, entrepreneurship, expects the investigative bodies to have in mind that, along with investigative work, they will not affect state security under any circumstances, as long as it comes to the state reserve of our Republic, classified under the Law for the State Reserve and the Classified Information Protection Law.
The Ministry of Industry, Enterprises and Trade urged the media to refrain from unconfirmed statements by the ministry and ensure that the process of providing goods for the State Reserve, with specific standards and parameters of quality, has been addressed and monitored under legislation in force.
The ministry is committed to continuing with the growth of the State Reserve this year as well, according to the Law on Business Divisions for the Republic Budget Kosovo for 2023, in order to ensure that citizens under extraordinary circumstances have state support in overcoming economic crisis situations.
