The two state officials -- Irfan Lipovica and Haviz Gara, as well as businessman Rdvan Muharremi -- have been released from custody after being arrested as cell suspects with the purchase of state reserves.
The Court of Appeals has ruled their release from custody.
This has been confirmed for “Justice Act” by Ridvan Muharrem lawyer Mahmut Halimi.
“Three have been released”, Halimi said, of the Bet on Justice”.
