Internal Affairs Minister Jhelal Svecla has reacted after last night's case at the “Bon Vivant”, where after shooting one person was killed and another injured.

Svechla has said that the parties involved in the conflict have dozens of previous criminal acts, which she says have been at large because of the failures of justice.

“In the centre of the capital, our citizens are endangered because of criminals not being punished by justice. They feel almighty in the face of the law do not hesitate to resolve their criminal accounts with weapons and in public locals in attendance and risk dozens of other young people.

The parties involved in the conflict have dozens of previous criminal acts. When justice suffers, similar situations are inevitable! Justice is the work of police, prosecutors and judges. Justice is a complete system when all institutions fulfil their” function, Svechla wrote.

Otherwise, 21 people have remained injured after shooting guns at a local in downtown Pristina, four of them from the firearm. The case is reported to have occurred after a disagreement.

One of the wounded died today in the early hours of the morning.

The news was confirmed by Dr. Shacir Uka from the Intensive Clinic, who said it was about a 39-year-old.

“Yes, one of the people injured last night, a 39-year-old. He was under intensive care with surgery, but due to major injuries, unfortunately he died in the early hours of today's”, Uka told Express.

Through the 24-hour report, police have suggested that 17 people, three men and 14 women, have suffered injuries as a result of breaking glass glasses.

According to police, the four suspects remain hospitalised at KKUK and the prosecutor's decision is banned (under police care) until another suspect is on the run.

“Rr. Xhedin Hannah, Pristina 04.08.23-20:17. It is alleged that after a disagreement in a local, among several Kosovo male suspects, firearms (fire shooting) have been used, as a result of this bodily injury, four Kosovo male suspects (by firearm), and as a result of broken glass glasses have suffered 17 persons, three men and 14 women. The four suspects remain hospitalised at KKUK and, with the prosecutor's decision, are detained (under police care). At the scene, four shellings and blood stains have been found at the scene.
