Reaction by the Prosecutor's Association to Murat after mentioning a prosecutor: Linchim, risks investigations

The Kosovo Prosecutors' Association through a communiqué for the media has reacted to the financial minister's statements, Iron Murati, as the latter in a public response to former Prime Minister Vesel Krasniqi, has named a Kosovo prosecutor and criticised the State Prosecutor that they are doing nothing with the “evidence” that MINT deposited. [...]
The Prosecutors' Association has described it as lynching and defamatory to the State Prosecutor's Unit, and in particular to prosecutor Milo Krasniqi.
In response, the Prosecutors' Association considers that such a language seriously endangers the investigation into the phase in which it is, taking into account that investigations take time to prepare with the intention of completing each case's success.
Full Response
The Association of Prosecutors of the Republic of Kosovo, through this public reaction, for the time being, expresses deep indignation and concern in the continuation of attacks and slanders being made at prosecutors' address.
Today (19/8/2023) in the afternoon on his social network (published in portal) Minister Iron Murati has made a post using lynching and defamatory language to the State Prosecutor's Institute and in particular to State Prosecutor Milo Krasniqi, naming that the alleged prosecutor has not taken a step in connection with the case that Minister Murati mentions in his post.
In this way, not only does the same one slander but at the same time puts the investigation at serious risk at the stage it is in, considering that the epilogue of investigations takes time at the collection, analysis and assessment of evidence and facts, with the aim of successfully completing each case.
The prosecutors' association strongly condemns the lynching and stigmatizing language used by Minister Hekuran Murati and stresses that such forms of use of derogatory, stigmatizing language and, above all, defamatory are unacceptable and directed not only at harming the integrity of prosecutor Krasniqi's integrity but also at the thorough authority of the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo's prosecutorial system,
The Association of Prosecutors of the Republic of Kosovo lets all know indiscriminately, and one time also ensures that every prosecutor who is decreed does his job with honour, integrity and nobility by conducting fair and professional investigations.
The Prosecutors' Association estimates that protecting the independence and authority of prosecutors is essential and extremely important, so such used language is tolerable and contrary to rules in a modern and democratic society.
We as the Association of Prosecutors of the Republic of Kosovo are deeply concerned and one time for the same time appeal to all weighty acts in political, economic, social life to refrain from using offensive, derogatory, deignive and slanderous language against each prosecutor.
Once again we state and ensure all public opinion that we are here for law enforcement in a fair, fair and professional way to create a secure legal environment for every citizen in the country.
