Ramadani has proposed that the tou become the drug test of local entrepreneurs at state levels, saying the test result could also be surprising.
Ramadani has said he is not prejudiced, but says he is challenging them to initially make the Presidency, Government and Parliament.
“The most common immunological test reveals whether the person (in our case: decision-makers or decision-makers) used cannabis, opiates, cocaine, amphetamines and methaphetamine (MDMA)”, Ramadani wrote.

Narco-Test for decisionmakers
A test for drug use at many state levels could be surprising with results.
This isn't a joke.
Let Narco-Testin make all the decision-making levels, those and those paid by our taxes and decide how to spend the Kosovo budget.
I'm not prejudiced, but I dare let them do it first:
The presidency, the government, the Assembly.
It's an easy test practice, it doesn't cost much to their salaries, they've got five minutes each and each will get the result.
The immunological test of the most common reveals whether the person (in our case: decision-makers or decision-makers) used cannabis, opiates, cocaine, amphetamines and methapethamine (MDMA).
