Today, successive protests have been held before the Justice Ministry in Tirana, in support of former KLA fighter Dritan Ruftj arrested on July 31st 2023, by arrest warrant issued by the Special Court in The Hague.

While reevaluation of the security measure has been requested, measures of arrest have been put into effect for Dijten. Meanwhile, the lawyer appealed to the Apel measures of arrest in prison for Zajten, who was decided days ago by the court, but that was refused.
So Dritan Hekjt, Kosovo's Special Court has issued an arrest warrant, since it accuses him of revealing the names of witnesses in some cases previously opened by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor.
Dritakin is expected to be extradited in the coming weeks to the Republic of Kosovo.
